I studied professionally at The Culinary Institute Of Virginia and received AAS, AAS, BS, in Culinary Arts, Food Service Management and Culinary Nutrition. As a mobile Chef I utilized the opportunity to travel to many countries learning various traditional customs and cuisines. This authentic knowledge obtained allows me to create many new and exciting food fusions to keep it fresh, exciting and healthy without compromising on taste! After trials and studies over the years I have found a way to apply these experiences with my nutrition background, creating a specialized diet and lifestyle transformation program to help individuals, families and teams to healthier alternatives to everyday applications. This fully maximize their potential to live the lives they were created to live!
